As we know every year lakhs of individuals aspire to serve nation by qualifying for jobs like Indian Administrative services (IAS), Indian police Services (IPS), Indian Foreign Services (IFS) etc. For the same purpose they appear for civil services exam (CSE) conducted by Union Public Service commission (UPSC). But success rate is less than 0.5% for getting any rank in CSE final list.

Hence in June 2019, one thing we have observed that despite having almost yearlong classes of General Studies and Optional, CSE aspirants still face lots of problems in their preparation such as lack of right approach, lack of right mindset, lack of consistent academic support & Motivation, becoming more academic consumer rather than result oriented approach/study for CSE preparation etc.Here, to resolve the above issues of Civil Services Aspirants, first time in India we have innovated and designed MENTORSHIP PROGRAM as course curriculum for CSE preparations and launched our 1st Mentorship batch in June 2019.
